Started lifting weights in 1989. Started competing in power-lifting competitions in 1990.
Went to State championships 1991. After 10 years in the military and recovering from
many injuries. Including full hip reconstruct and 2 ruptured lower disks in my back.
Weighing in at 235 pounds and out of shape I started my own physical therapy. In 2006 I
reached my goal of weighing in at 176 lbs lean. It was then, that I decided to become a
All-Natural Bodybuilder. While training, I focused hard and worked hard. When out of the
gym, I researched for hours on food, diet, supplements, training techniques, and become
determined to find the truth. The more research I did, the more I found that advertising was
misleading. Everything on television was completely skewing the truth. After years of
reading university studies and testing nutrition and diets for myself, I have put myself at
the top of the Natural Bodybuilding community. After competing for 3 years, In 2009 I
Became a Professional Natural Bodybuilder, I am now a Team USA Athlete, and
qualified for the Mr. Natural Olympia and the Mr. Universe. I have now surpassed all my
goals and I am ready to start my new ones for 2010. Bring it on!!!
